Adult Christian Education

At CPC, we regularly offer two set classes that we want all our members to take. One is a three-hour membership class that covers the gospel, an introduction to Reformed theology, and what it means to be a member of a church. The other is Christian Faith and Life, a multi-part course that familiarized people with the central doctrines of Christianity and explores topics essential for Christian living. These courses are a great starting point for anyone new to CPC or Christianity.

Beyond these set courses, we provide a variety of opportunities to continue learning and growing in faith through our Adult Christian Education ministry. These classes include inductive Bible studies that take an in-depth look at selected portions of the Bible, topical classes that tackle important issues for life in today's world, and practical courses that provide training in skills necessary for Christian life and service.

Our hope is that the teaching ministry of CPC, when combined with weekly participation in Sunday worship and a small group, will nurture your faith and identity in Christ, deepen your connection to the CPC Community, and equip and energize you to reach out to others with Compassion.
